Travel searches arrive fully specified, and generic destination pages match none of them.
One headed simply Bali competes with every operator in India and answers nothing. The search was six nights in Bali from Delhi with a honeymoon in mind. Pages built at that level of detail have a fraction of the competition and far more intent behind them.
Flight cost dominates a package price, so travellers search from Delhi. An itinerary that never says where it departs from is useless to somebody comparing totals. It also loses the qualifier that would have separated you from an operator in Kochi.
Kashmir sells in spring, Ladakh in summer, Kerala in monsoon, Rajasthan in winter. Each destination has a booking window that opens months before travel. Publishing a Ladakh itinerary in June means ranking in August, when the season has gone.
We build pages for the packages you actually sell. Six nights in Bali from Delhi, a five day Kerala circuit, nine days in Vietnam, a long weekend in Rishikesh. Day-by-day itinerary, what is included, an honest price band and the best months to go. That specificity is what ranks and what converts.
Then we work to the season calendar. Each destination has a booking window that opens well before travel, so itineraries go live and get refreshed before enquiries start. We also build the visa and documentation content, because those searches are enormous, repetitive and almost entirely unserved by Indian operators.
We work from Sector 102, Gurugram, and have run SEO for Gurgaon businesses since 2019. If the website needs rebuilding first, that is covered on our travel agency website development company page, and our main SEO company in Gurgaon page explains how we work.
A Page Per Itinerary
Nights, departure city and price band, all stated.
Live Before the Window
Each destination's booking season starts months early.
Scroll down. Each service card sticks as the next one slides over it.
Each package you sell gets a page. The destination, the number of nights, the departure city, a day-by-day plan, inclusions and exclusions set out plainly, and a price band. Travellers compare itineraries line by line, so the page that shows the detail wins both the ranking and the enquiry.
We build the calendar backwards from each destination's booking window. Kashmir content refreshed in winter for spring travel, Ladakh in spring, Kerala before monsoon, Rajasthan before winter. Existing pages get updated in place rather than republished, so they keep whatever position they have earned.
Visa requirement searches run at huge volume and Indian operators barely touch them. Requirements by passport, document checklists, processing times, what an arrival visa involves. It reaches travellers at the research stage, weeks before they choose an operator, and it is the cheapest authority you can build.
Travel agent near me still carries real volume, particularly for group and family bookings where people want somebody to sit with. We complete the Business Profile and rebuild enquiry forms to capture dates, group size and budget band. Your team can then respond with an itinerary instead of a question.

Itinerary Pages
Each package gets a page with the day plan and a real price band.
Documentation Content
Visa and document content goes up to catch the research stage.
Measure Bookings
Reporting tracks enquiries and bookings by destination.
Rankings at Itinerary Level
Six nights in Bali from Delhi has a fraction of the competition of Bali packages, and the person searching it has already decided to go.
Visible Before the Window
Content live before the booking season ranks during it. Published mid-season, it ranks once demand has already moved on.
Research-Stage Reach
Visa content reaches travellers weeks before they pick an operator. Almost no Indian agency competes there, so the authority is cheap to build.
Honest Price Bands
Travellers compare totals and skip pages that hide them. A band with inclusions stated wins the comparison and filters enquiries you could not have served.
Enquiries You Can Quote
Forms that capture dates, group size and budget let your team reply with an itinerary rather than a round of questions.
You Keep Every Account
Search Console, Analytics and the Business Profile stay in your name. Nothing needs handing back if we stop working together.
Filter by area. A domestic operator needs less than one selling outbound packages with visa support.
The first one explains why destination pages alone never rank against the big portals.
A page headed Bali is competing with every operator in the country and several global portals. A page for a six night Bali itinerary departing Delhi, with the day plan and a price band, competes with very few. The specificity costs you nothing and it is where the winnable searches live.
Flights are usually the largest line in a package price, so travellers search from Delhi. Naming the departure city makes your price comparable and adds a qualifier most operators leave out. For a Gurgaon agency this is a straightforward advantage over operators based at the destination.
Packages priced on request lose to pages showing a figure, because people are comparing before they call. A band with the inclusions and exclusions set out clearly is credible, ranks for cost searches, and keeps out enquiries that were never going to match your product.
Every destination has a season, and the booking window opens months earlier. Pages need weeks to settle after publishing. Put those together and Ladakh content should be live by late spring, not in June. This single timing error costs operators an entire season, every year.
Visa requirement queries run at very high volume and are almost entirely answered by news sites and forums. Requirements, checklists and processing times reach the traveller at the research stage, well before they choose who to book with. Keep it current, because out-of-date visa information does more harm than good.
Overseas tour packages attract tax collected at source, and the applicable rates and thresholds change with budget announcements. Stating that it applies and will be reflected in the final invoice is honest and safe. Publishing a specific percentage that later changes is not, so we describe the structure rather than the number.
Demand varies by who is booking. The Golf Course Road and DLF Phase corridors generate outbound leisure, honeymoon and premium family holiday searches, often with visa questions attached. Cyber City and the Sector 44 and 53 offices produce corporate travel and offsite enquiries, which come with fixed dates and group sizes. New Gurgaon along Dwarka Expressway and Sectors 82 to 95 skews towards domestic circuits, short breaks and weekend getaways within driving distance. Old Gurgaon and Sector 14 carry steady pilgrimage and large family group demand. Our office is in Sector 102.
