The traveller is buying a promise. Your website decides whether it looks like one worth paying for.
Somebody is about to send two lakh rupees to a company they found last Tuesday. They will look for a registered address, a landline, credentials they can check, and photographs of travellers who are clearly not from a stock library. Give them none of that and the enquiry dies quietly.
Most agencies keep their best material in attachments that nobody can find on Google. The day-by-day plan, the hotels, the transfers, the free evening in Prague. That is the content people search for and compare, and it belongs on a page rather than in an email.
Airfare extra, visa fees extra, taxes on top, tips expected. A traveller who discovers that at the invoice stage feels misled even when nothing was hidden deliberately. Stating exclusions early loses a few enquiries and saves every one of the rest.
The itinerary is your product. Not the homepage slider of beaches, and not the paragraph about your passion for travel. We build those pages first, one per package, and everything else on the site exists to push people towards them.
The second thing we plan is the enquiry. A form asking for name and message gives your consultant nothing to work with. Ask for the travel window, how many people, whether children are coming and a budget band, and the first call starts from a real conversation.
We work from Sector 102, Gurugram, and have put more than 600 websites live since 2019. Properties taking their own room bookings are a different build, covered on our hotel website development company page. Search work sits with our SEO company in Gurgaon team.
Day by Day, on the Page
Indexed and shareable, rather than attached to an email.
Exclusions in Writing
The fastest way to stop a dispute on day seven.
Scroll down. Each service card sticks as the next one slides over it.
A page for every package, laid out day by day. Where you sleep each night, the hotel category, which meals are covered, how long the drive to Pahalgam actually takes. Below it, in plain language, everything the price does not include. That last list is what separates you from the quote somebody else emailed.
Your consultants waste most of their day on enquiries that were never going anywhere. The form asks the four things that decide everything: when, how many, roughly what budget, and how fixed the dates are. Leads reach the consultant who handles that destination, with all four already answered.
Group tours sell on scarcity and certainty. Each departure gets its own date, its price by room occupancy and the number of seats left. Your operations team edits that directly. Four seats remaining on a June Ladakh departure will move more bookings than any discount you could offer.
Booking advances and balance instalments collected online, with the cancellation slabs and applicable taxes shown before anybody pays. If you also sell through sub agents, they get a login with net rates and itineraries they can put their own name on.
Nobody searches for a travel agency. They search for a destination and a month.

The Itinerary Does the Selling
Day-by-day pages carry the detail people are actually comparing. They also rank, which a PDF attached to an email never will. A family can pass one around a WhatsApp group without anybody downloading anything.
Exclusions Where People Read Them
Airfare, visa fees, tips, anything personal. Putting that list next to the price costs you a few enquiries from people who were never going to be happy. It also ends the argument that otherwise arrives on day seven.
Credentials a Buyer Can Check
Your registration, accreditations, GST number and a street address with a photograph of the office. Somebody about to transfer a large sum wants to confirm you exist, and most travel sites make that oddly hard.
Fewer, Better Enquiries
A budget band on the form loses the people who wanted Europe for forty thousand rupees. Your consultants spend their hours on the enquiries that can actually close, which is worth more than a bigger lead count.
The Final Bill Holds No Surprises
Base price, then taxes as their own lines, then the cancellation slabs. Overseas packages carry tax collected at source as well as GST, and a traveller who learns that at the payment screen rarely takes it well.
The Agency Owns Every Account
Domain, hosting, payment gateway and traveller data are registered to your business. Handover includes the logins and a recorded walkthrough, so adding next season's packages never waits on us.
Filter by job. An agency taking enquiries needs far less of this than a DMC selling through agents.
One of them is a tax question, and it catches agencies out every year.
Every unhappy traveller story starts with something that was assumed rather than stated. Airfare, visas, monument entry, tips, the lunch on the drive back. List them next to the price. You will lose a handful of enquiries and keep the reviews, which are the only marketing that matters in this trade.
People search for a Bali honeymoon package, or Kashmir in April, or a seven day Vietnam itinerary. A single packages page listing thirty trips will rank for none of those. One page per destination, and one per signature itinerary, is how a travel site earns traffic it did not pay for.
An overseas package carries tax collected at source on top of GST. How much depends on the size of the booking and on rules that get revised in most budgets. A traveller who meets that number for the first time on the invoice blames the agency, not the finance ministry. Put the taxes on screen as their own lines, and have your accountant check the figures each April.
Ladakh sells from April to September. Europe fills in the weeks before the summer holidays. Kashmir has a tulip fortnight that is over before most agencies have updated their homepage. The site has to be ready before each window rather than during it, which makes launch timing a commercial decision.
These are two different products and they need two different pages. A fixed departure sells on a date, a price and seats remaining. A customised trip sells on a conversation, so its page ends in an enquiry rather than a price. Mixing them into one template weakens both.
A flight gets cancelled and a family is stranded at a transfer desk. Whether somebody picks up decides your next review and the referrals behind it. Publish the support arrangement plainly, including the number that works from abroad. Make sure it is a promise you can keep at three in the morning.
Gurgaon has two travel trades running side by side. Retail agencies sit in the Sector 14 market, along MG Road and around Galleria in DLF Phase 4, selling honeymoons and family holidays. Corporate travel desks work out of Udyog Vihar and Cyber City, booking the same four cities every week for companies with a policy document. Inbound operators and DMCs can be anywhere, because their customers are abroad. Our office is in Sector 102.
A live site from our portfolio. On a laptop, hover over it to scroll through the whole page.
A destination management company selling India, Nepal, Bhutan and Sri Lanka to travellers arriving from abroad. Fourteen years of trading, and a site built to carry signature tour packages rather than a booking cart.
