They have a requirement already written down. The only question is whether you can meet it.
High quality, world class, customer focused. An engineer skims past all of it looking for a material grade, a tolerance band, a size range and a finish. A page without those numbers has told a qualified buyer nothing. They open the next supplier rather than send an email to ask.
Most manufacturers have proper technical documentation sitting in a folder on somebody's desktop. It gets emailed on request, which means a buyer at eleven at night simply leaves. Published datasheets also get indexed, and engineers search for part specifications far more often than they search for company names.
ISO certification, IATF for automotive, material test certificates, RoHS or REACH where you export. Purchase cannot raise a vendor code without these. Leaving them off the website does not make you look modest. It makes a buyer assume you do not hold them.
We begin with your product range as your engineers describe it internally. Materials, grades, size ranges, tolerances, finishes, capacities. That is the vocabulary your buyers use. It is almost always missing from the website, even when it sits in every quotation the company sends.
The second thing we settle is what a buyer is allowed to download without asking. Datasheets, dimensional drawings, certificates, sometimes a CAD model. Publishing these feels like giving something away. In practice it is what moves you from a page a buyer skims to a supplier they shortlist.
We work from Sector 102, Gurugram, and have put more than 600 websites live since 2019. Firms selling to other businesses on a long sales cycle are a different build, covered on our B2B website development company page. Search work sits with our SEO company in Gurgaon team.
Specs in Tables
Material, tolerance, size range and finish on every product.
Documents Open to Download
Datasheets and certificates without an email exchange.
Scroll down. Each service card sticks as the next one slides over it.
A page per product, and inside it a specification table rather than a paragraph. Material grades, dimensional range, tolerance band, surface finish, and the standards the part is made to. An engineer can qualify or reject you in thirty seconds, which is exactly what you want them to be able to do.
Everything an engineer would otherwise email you for, published and indexed. Datasheets, dimensional drawings, material test certificates and your quality approvals. Where a document is commercially sensitive we gate it behind a short form. You still capture the lead without making every visitor negotiate for a PDF.
A manufacturing enquiry is a drawing plus a quantity. The form takes both, along with material preference, tolerance class and when the buyer needs delivery. Your estimator opens one record with the drawing attached instead of chasing a file through three emails and a WhatsApp group.
Buyers want to know what sits on your shop floor. Machine list with sizes and counts, which processes are in-house and which are outsourced, monthly capacity and typical lead time. Exporters get a page covering IEC, packaging standards and the markets already supplied, which overseas buyers check before a first email.
A buyer looking for CNC turning and one looking for injection moulding are two different searches.
CNC Machining
Sheet Metal
Injection Moulding
Casting & Forging
Electrical Components
Electronics Assembly
Fasteners & Hardware
Tool & Die
Surface Treatment
Packaging Material
Rubber & Polymer
Auto Components
Five steps. The specification tables are agreed before any page is designed.
Range & Specs
Your product list comes first, with materials, tolerances and size ranges against each.
Documents & Approvals
Then datasheets, drawings and certifications get gathered and sorted into what is public.
Design & Build
The product page and RFQ form get designed first. You approve both before the rest.
Uploads & Routing
Drawing uploads, estimator routing and download tracking are wired up and tested.
Live & Listed
Launch comes with product pages and your Business Profile submitted for indexing.
Specifications, Not Adjectives
Every product carries material, tolerance, size range and finish in a table. An engineer qualifies you in half a minute, which is the only outcome that matters on a product page.
Documents a Buyer Can Take
Datasheets and certificates download without an email exchange. The buyer working at eleven at night gets what they need, and your sales desk stops forwarding the same PDF.
Approvals Visible Early
ISO, IATF and material certificates sit where purchase looks for them. Vendor registration moves faster when nobody has to ask you for paperwork first.
RFQs With the Drawing Attached
Drawing, quantity, material and delivery date arrive together. Your estimator starts costing rather than starting a hunt for the file.
Built for Export Buyers
Overseas purchasers check credentials, packaging and markets served before the first email. Those belong on a page rather than in a reply three days later.
The Company Owns Every Account
Domain, hosting, document library and analytics are registered to your business. Handover includes the logins and a recorded walkthrough.
Filter by job. A single-process job shop needs a fraction of this. An exporter with four product lines needs most of it.
Most of them are about documents an engineer can check without talking to you.
Material grade, dimensional range, tolerance class, finish, applicable standard. These five lines do more work than any amount of copy about how seriously you take quality. They also match what buyers type, because engineers search by specification rather than by supplier.
Manufacturers worry that publishing a datasheet helps a competitor. Competitors already have your datasheet. What publishing changes is whether a buyer can qualify you at the moment they are looking, which is usually outside your office hours.
ISO, IATF where you supply automotive, material test certificates, RoHS or REACH for export. Purchase teams cannot create a vendor code without them. A certifications page with validity dates shortens onboarding by days.
A single capabilities page listing machining, fabrication and moulding will rank for none of them. Give each its own page, with its own machine list, tolerance range and sample applications. That is how a job shop picks up enquiries it never had to bid for.
Stating a minimum quantity feels like turning work away. It removes the enquiries you would have declined anyway. It also signals that you run a real plant rather than a trading desk with a website.
IEC details, the markets you already supply, your packaging and labelling standards, and who handles documentation. Overseas buyers check all four before sending a first enquiry, and a vague about page sends them elsewhere.
The manufacturing belt here runs south and west of the city. IMT Manesar carries the larger plants and the automotive tier suppliers. Udyog Vihar holds the older units and a good deal of light engineering and electronics. Sector 37, Khandsa and the Pataudi Road stretch are full of job shops doing machining, fabrication and tooling for everybody else. Bhiwadi and Dharuhera sit close enough that the same buyers cover both. Our office is in Sector 102, and for a first meeting we would rather walk the shop floor than talk about it on a call.
