A B2B website has one real job: arm your champion for a meeting you will never attend.
A manager finds you, finance questions the cost, operations questions the switch, and somebody senior signs. Each cares about something different. A site written only for the first reader gives your champion nothing to forward. The conversation then dies quietly in a meeting you never hear about.
Industrial and service contracts take months. Somebody researches in March and buys in August. If the only action on your site is a contact form, you lose everybody who was not ready that week. Firms with nothing between browsing and buying lose most of their pipeline to timing.
Before a purchase order can be raised, somebody needs a bundle of documents. GST and PAN, MSME or Udyam registration, bank details, incorporation papers and sometimes an ISO certificate. Scattering these across emails adds a week. Publishing them is the cheapest sales acceleration available to you.
We start by mapping who actually signs. In most Gurgaon B2B firms the first contact is a manager with a problem. Approval sits two levels up, with somebody who cares about risk and cost. Those are different documents, and the website has to carry both without making either feel written for somebody else.
The second thing we build is something to do other than buy. A specification guide, a comparison document, a calculator, a sample audit. Buyers nine months from a decision will take a resource when they will not take a sales call. That exchange keeps you in the conversation until the budget exists.
We work from Sector 102, Gurugram, and have put more than 600 websites live since 2019. Firms selling a physical product on specification are a different build, covered on our manufacturing website development company page. Search work sits with our SEO company in Gurgaon team.
Case Studies That Travel
Written to be forwarded to somebody who never visited.
Onboarding Pack Published
GST, Udyam and bank details where procurement looks.
Scroll down. Each service card sticks as the next one slides over it.
A case study is not a logo wall. Each one states the situation the client was in and what you actually did. Then how long it took, and what changed afterwards in numbers they agreed to. Written this way it becomes a document your champion can forward upward, which is the only journey that matters in a long sale.
Most of your traffic is months from buying. Give them something worth an email address: a specification guide, a vendor comparison sheet, a cost calculator, a checklist their own team can use. You capture a contact at the research stage and stay present until the requirement becomes real.
Everything a purchase department asks for before raising a vendor code, published once. GST and PAN, Udyam or MSME registration, incorporation certificate, bank details on letterhead, insurance and any ISO approvals. The week usually lost to document chasing simply disappears.
A single contact form sends every enquiry to one inbox, where the serious ones sit behind the irrelevant ones. Ours asks company size, requirement and rough timeline, then routes by territory or product line. Your sales team opens qualified records in the CRM instead of triaging a shared mailbox.
A SaaS trial and an industrial tender are different journeys, even when both are called a lead.

Five steps. We agree who signs before anything is designed.
Buyer Map
We work out who finds you, who objects, and who finally signs the purchase order.
Proof & Resources
Then case studies get written and the first downloadable resource gets scoped.
Design & Build
The case study and enquiry flow get designed first. You sign both off before the rest.
Routing & CRM
Qualification, routing rules and CRM sync get wired up and tested on real enquiries.
Live & Measured
Launch comes with tracking that follows an enquiry through to a closed deal.
Proof Your Champion Can Forward
Case studies carry the situation, the work, the duration and the outcome. That is a document somebody can attach to an internal mail, which is where B2B deals are actually won.
Something to Offer the Not-Yet-Ready
A guide or calculator captures the buyer who is nine months out. Without one, every visitor who is not ready this week is lost and never counted.
Procurement Unblocked
GST, Udyam, incorporation and bank documents published and downloadable. The week normally lost chasing paperwork comes off your sales cycle.
Enquiries That Arrive Qualified
Company size, requirement and timeline are captured before routing. Your salespeople spend their hours on deals that can close rather than triaging an inbox.
You Know Who Came Back
When a contact who downloaded a guide in March returns in July and reads your pricing page, your team hears about it. That timing is usually worth more than another campaign.
The Company Owns Every Account
Domain, hosting, CRM and analytics are registered to your business. Handover includes the logins and a recorded walkthrough.
Filter by job. A two-person consultancy needs a fraction of this. A firm with a sales team and a channel needs most of it.
Most of them are about the months between the first visit and the purchase order.
Your champion has to sell you internally in a meeting you are not invited to. Give them a document that does it. The client's situation, what you did, how long it took, what changed and by how much. A logo grid cannot survive that meeting.
Most visitors are researching, not buying. A specification guide or a comparison sheet gets you an email address from somebody who would never book a call. Months later, when the requirement is funded, you are already in the conversation.
GST, PAN, Udyam, incorporation certificate, cancelled cheque, insurance, ISO. Purchase teams ask for the same bundle every time. Publishing it removes a week of back-and-forth from every deal you win this year.
Company size, requirement and rough timeline. Three extra fields let your team sort serious enquiries from noise before anybody picks up a phone. The small drop in form completions is worth far less than the hours it saves.
If you cannot publish rates, publish the structure. What a typical engagement includes, what drives it up, what a small deployment looks like against a large one. Buyers excluding you for being unknowably expensive is a loss you never get told about.
A B2B site is judged on pipeline, not visits. Connect enquiries to your CRM and look at which pages the closed deals read first. That is the only report that tells you where to spend next quarter.
Gurgaon is a city of head offices, which makes it unusually good ground for B2B. The corporate buyers sit in Cyber City, Golf Course Road, Sector 44 and the DLF office towers, placing contracts for services, software and facilities. The industrial buying happens further out, around Udyog Vihar, IMT Manesar and Sector 37, where procurement works to tender cycles and vendor codes. Plenty of our B2B clients sell nationally from a Gurgaon office and never meet their buyers in person. Our office is in Sector 102.
