One wants a price. The other wants to know where their goods are. Everything else is decoration.
A freight rate is never one number. It moves with the lane, the weight, the dimensions, the commodity and whether it goes by road, rail or air. A form asking for name and message cannot produce a quotable enquiry. Your sales desk then spends four messages collecting what the form should have asked once.
The single most visited page on a working logistics website is tracking, and almost all of that traffic is existing customers. Hide it behind a menu and your phones ring instead. A docket field on the homepage costs nothing and removes a steady drip of calls your operations team never needed to take.
Shippers want to know what you actually run before they commit. How many vehicles, which types, which routes you cover regularly, how much warehouse space and where. Most transporter websites say nationwide network and leave it there, which reads as a firm with nothing specific to claim.
We start with how your sales desk prices a job. Which lanes you run often, what information an estimator needs before quoting, and where the rate genuinely cannot be given without a human. That tells us exactly what the enquiry form must ask, and it is usually six fields rather than three.
The second thing we build is tracking. Whether it runs off your transport management system or a simple status update your operations team types in, the field belongs on the homepage. Customers who can check a consignment themselves stop calling to ask, and that time goes back to your team.
We work from Sector 102, Gurugram, and have put more than 600 websites live since 2019. Manufacturers shipping their own goods are a different build, covered on our manufacturing website development company page. Search work sits with our SEO company in Gurgaon team.
Priced by Lane
Origin, destination, weight and mode on every enquiry.
Tracking on the Homepage
A docket field where customers actually look for it.
Scroll down. Each service card sticks as the next one slides over it.
The enquiry form asks what your estimator needs. Origin and destination pin codes, approximate weight, dimensions, what the commodity is and which mode the shipper has in mind. Your desk opens one record and can quote. Jobs that genuinely need a conversation still get one, but they arrive with the basics already answered.
A docket field on the homepage and a status page that actually says something. Picked up, in transit, at which hub, out for delivery, delivered and signed by whom. We connect it to your transport management system where one exists. Where it does not, we build a simple screen your operations team can update without training.
A shipper choosing a 3PL is choosing a location as much as a company. Each warehouse gets its own page with area, racking type, loading bays, whether it is temperature controlled and what it is licensed to hold. Branches list the routes genuinely served from them rather than a map of India with dots on it.
Regular shippers generate paperwork and then ask you for it. A login holds their shipment history, invoices, delivery proof and e-way bill records. A steady stream of requests becomes a page they serve themselves. For contract customers this is usually the feature that earns the most after launch.
Full truckload and a cold chain move are different searches with different buyers behind them.

Lanes & Pricing
Your regular lanes come first, with what an estimator needs before quoting any of them.
Systems & Tracking
Then we check what your TMS exposes and how tracking status will reach the website.
Design & Build
The rate form and tracking screen are designed first. You sign both off before the rest.
Integration & Portal
Tracking, customer logins and document downloads get wired up and tested on live dockets.
Live & Listed
Launch comes with branch pages and each location's Business Profile submitted.
Enquiries Your Desk Can Quote
Origin, destination, weight, dimensions, commodity and mode arrive together. Your estimator prices the job instead of opening a conversation about what the job is.
Tracking Where People Look
The docket field sits on the homepage. Customers check their own consignments, and your operations team stops answering the same question forty times a day.
Warehouses Described Properly
Area, racking, bays, temperature control and licences. A shipper comparing three providers can shortlist on the page rather than scheduling three calls to ask the same questions.
Capacity Stated in Numbers
Vehicle types and counts, the lanes you genuinely run, the warehouse space you actually hold. Nationwide network means nothing. Forty vehicles and six lanes means something.
Paperwork Customers Can Self-Serve
Invoices, proof of delivery and e-way bill records live behind a login. The requests that used to arrive by phone stop arriving at all.
The Company Owns Every Account
Domain, hosting, tracking integration and customer data are registered to your business. Handover includes the logins and a recorded walkthrough.
Filter by job. A single-truck operator needs a fraction of this. A 3PL with four warehouses needs most of it.
Most of them are about the enquiry form and the tracking page.
Origin, destination, weight, dimensions, commodity, mode. Every one you leave out becomes a message your desk sends later. Shippers do not mind a slightly longer form when the alternative is a two day exchange before anybody quotes a number.
It is the most used page you will have, and almost everyone using it is already a customer. A docket field above the fold removes calls your operations team never needed. Burying it under a services menu guarantees the phone rings instead.
Square footage, racking type, number of loading bays, temperature range if you hold cold chain, and what the licence permits. One page per facility also gives each location something to rank with, which a single contact page listing six addresses never does.
A map of India covered in dots tells a shipper nothing. Delhi to Mumbai, Gurgaon to Bengaluru, NCR to Guwahati, with typical transit times against each, tells them whether to call. Specific lanes also match the searches shippers genuinely type.
Invoices, proof of delivery, e-way bill records and shipment history. Contract shippers ask for these constantly. A login converts that traffic into self-service and makes renewal conversations easier, because the customer can see what you moved for them.
Refusing hazardous goods, or not running below a minimum weight, or covering only the northern corridor. Stating limits early costs you enquiries that were never going to convert and buys credibility with the ones that were.
Gurgaon sits on the freight routes rather than beside them. The transport offices cluster around Khandsa, Sector 37 and the Pataudi Road industrial belt. Warehousing has moved out along NH-48 towards Manesar, Bilaspur and Pataudi, where the land and the dock access are. The customers are in Udyog Vihar, IMT Manesar and the Cyber City offices placing contract logistics work. Many of our logistics clients are elsewhere in the country entirely. A rate form and a tracking page do not need us in the room. Our office is in Sector 102.
