Google Rating
By the time somebody opens your website they are checking whether to put you on a list, not admiring the render.
Stock renders and borrowed drone shots are everywhere, and buyers stopped reading them years ago. What they cannot fake is a record: the built-up area, the structure type, the month you handed over and the month you were supposed to. Publish that and you are in a different category from the firm showing pretty elevations.
Your registration, your GST and PAN, your labour licence, your insurance cover, your ISO certificate if you hold one. Procurement asks for every one of these before a quote is even read. Most contractor websites make a buyer email to ask, and plenty of buyers simply move to the next name on the list.
Corporate and institutional clients now ask about safety before price. Lost-time incidents, toolbox talks, what your supervisors are trained on. A firm that can answer this on a web page looks managed. A firm that cannot looks like a risk somebody else will have to explain upstairs.
We begin by going through what you have actually built. Not the glamour jobs alone, but the full list with the dull numbers attached: area, floors, structure, contract value band, start date, handover date. That list is the most persuasive thing your firm owns, and on most contractor websites it does not appear anywhere.
The second thing we settle is who the site is written for. A homeowner commissioning a farmhouse and a procurement manager at a factory want almost opposite things. One needs reassurance and visuals. The other needs documents, capacity and a reference they can ring. We split the paths rather than writing something that half-serves both.
We work from Sector 102, Gurugram, and have put more than 600 websites live since 2019. Developers selling flats are a different job, covered on our real estate website development company page. Search work sits with our SEO company in Gurgaon team.
Projects With Real Numbers
Area, duration and structure type on every entry.
Documents Ready to Download
Licences and certificates where procurement looks first.
Scroll down. Each service card sticks as the next one slides over it.
One page per completed project, and inside it the figures a buyer actually weighs. Built-up area, number of floors, structure type, the month work started and the month you handed over. Photographs sit underneath the numbers rather than standing in for them. Filterable by sector, so an industrial client never has to scroll through villas.
Everything procurement asks for, published once and kept current. Registration and GST details, labour licence, workmen compensation and public liability cover, any ISO certification, and a plain statement of your safety record. Downloadable where a buyer needs the actual document for their file.
A buyer with a deadline is really asking one question: can you actually take this on right now. Publish what you own and what you hire. Then how many site engineers and supervisors are on your rolls, and how many jobs you run at once. Firms lose work to the perception that they are too small far more often than to price.
A contact form asking for name and message is useless to an estimator. Ours asks the scope, the site location, the approximate area, the expected start and whether drawings exist, with an upload for the drawings themselves. The enquiry lands with your estimator carrying enough to begin, instead of starting four emails of questions.
A factory shed and a hospital block are different searches, and they deserve different pages.

Project Management
Five steps. The project records are compiled before any page is designed.
Projects & Numbers
Your completed job list comes first, with area, duration and sector against each one.
Documents & Licences
Then registrations, insurance cover, certifications and your safety record get gathered.
Design & Build
The project page and enquiry flow get designed first. You approve both before the rest.
Uploads & Routing
Drawing uploads, estimator routing and vendor registration are wired up and tested.
Live & Listed
Launch comes with sector pages and your Business Profile submitted for indexing.
Projects That Read as Evidence
Every entry carries area, duration and sector, so a buyer can compare your record against the job they are placing. A gallery invites browsing. A record invites a shortlist, and that is the only thing the page is for.
Credentials Where They Are Looked For
Registration, licences, insurance validity and certifications sit on one page with downloads attached. Procurement stops emailing you for paperwork, which quietly removes a day from every tender you chase.
Safety Stated, Not Implied
Corporate clients ask about safety early and judge vague answers harshly. A plain page covering your site practices and training reads as a firm that manages risk rather than one that hopes.
Enquiries an Estimator Can Use
Scope, location, area, timeline and the drawings themselves arrive together. Your estimator starts work on the enquiry instead of starting a conversation about what the enquiry means.
A Careers Page That Works
Site engineers and supervisors are harder to find than clients in this trade. A proper careers section with live vacancies and a simple application form costs little and saves agency fees.
The Firm Owns Every Account
Domain, hosting and analytics are registered to your business. Handover includes the logins and a recorded walkthrough, so adding last month's handover never waits on us.
Filter by job. A labour contractor needs a fraction of this. A turnkey firm chasing institutional work needs most of it.
Most of them are about documents rather than design.
A page saying luxury villa in Sohna tells a buyer nothing. Four thousand square feet, ground plus two, RCC frame, handed over in eleven months against a twelve month programme tells them everything. Firms worry that publishing durations invites criticism. In practice it does the opposite, because the ones hiding durations are assumed to have worse ones.
A homeowner and a procurement manager are not reading the same website. The homeowner wants to see finished rooms and understand what the process feels like. The buyer wants capacity, compliance and a reference. Give each a clear path from the homepage and stop trying to write one page that satisfies both.
Registration number, GST, labour licence, workmen compensation cover, public liability, ISO where you hold it. Having these on a page shortens every procurement conversation you will have this year. It also filters out the enquiries from buyers who were never going to clear their own vendor onboarding.
Write down what actually happens on your sites. Induction for new labour, toolbox talks, what personal protective equipment is issued, who the safety officer reports to. This is not marketing language and it should not read like it. Institutional clients have been burned and they read this section carefully.
Every question you do not ask becomes an email your estimator sends later. Scope, site location, approximate area, expected start, whether drawings exist and an upload for them. It feels like a long form. It is shorter than the four-message exchange it replaces.
Finding a competent site engineer in Gurgaon is harder than finding the next project. A careers page listing live vacancies, the sites they cover and a form that accepts a CV costs very little. It will quietly out-perform the consultant you were about to pay.
Gurgaon gives a contractor two different markets. The institutional and industrial work sits around Manesar, IMT, Udyog Vihar and the Pataudi Road belt, bought by procurement teams who want documents. The residential and fit-out work runs through DLF Phases 1 to 5, Golf Course Road, Sushant Lok and South City. Add the farmhouse pockets towards Gwal Pahari, bought by owners who want to see finished rooms. The New Gurgaon sectors off Dwarka Expressway are generating both at once. Our office is in Sector 102.
