A developer selling one tower and a broker selling two hundred units need opposite things from a site. We start by working out which one you are.
You sell a handful of projects and each one needs to look like the flagship it is. The site lives or dies on its launch date. It has to be live before the hoardings go up and the ad budget starts spending. Floor plans, price bands, the HRERA number and a site visit button carry the page. The brand site ties the projects together and builds trust across launches.
Your inventory runs across dozens of projects, and buyers want to compare them. That calls for search by sector, budget and configuration. Your team should add listings without a developer, and each enquiry should reach whoever handles that project. Speed matters more here. The same buyer is talking to three other brokers this week.
Office floors in Cyber City, retail and SCO plots on Golf Course Extension, co-working seats by the month. The buyer is usually a company, and the decision takes a committee. Each enquiry is worth a great deal. The site needs carpet area, lease terms and floor plates up front, and a route to a person rather than a form.
Our office sits on Dwarka Expressway, which for the last few years has been one of the busiest stretches of new launches in the country. We can see cranes from the window. That proximity matters more than it sounds, because we understand what a buyer in this market is comparing and what makes them book a visit.
Property is a long, expensive decision. Someone looking at a three-bedroom unit might visit a project page a dozen times over two months, share it with a spouse and a parent, download the brochure twice and still take a while to call. The website has to hold up across all of those visits. It has to answer the questions a buyer is embarrassed to ask a salesperson. And it has to make booking a visit feel like a small step rather than a commitment.
We also work as a website designing company in Gurgaon for other industries, and run search for property clients through our SEO company in Gurgaon team.
Live Before the Campaign
Launch microsites ready before the ad spend starts.
HRERA on Every Project Page
Built into the template so a new page cannot miss it.
Scroll down. Each service card sticks as the next one slides over it.
One project, one focused site, live before the hoardings go up. Configurations and price bands near the top, floor plans people can zoom on a phone, amenities, a location map with real drive times, and the HRERA number exactly where it should be.
For brokers and channel partners carrying inventory across many projects. Buyers filter by sector, budget, configuration and possession date, and your team adds a new listing in a few minutes from an admin panel. Each enquiry reaches whoever handles that project.
A real estate lead cools fast. We gate the brochure and price list behind a short form and put a site visit button on every screen. Each enquiry lands in your CRM and on the salesperson's WhatsApp within seconds, with the project, budget and preferred visit slot attached.
A good share of Gurgaon property is bought by people who cannot drive over on a Sunday. Video walkthroughs and 3D tours let them see the unit, and callback booking shows slots in their own time zone. WhatsApp becomes the default route, because that is how a buyer in Dubai or Singapore actually wants to talk.
Filter by job. The lead tools matter more than the framework.
A buyer on Golf Course Road and a buyer on Dwarka Expressway are comparing different things at different prices. Project pages speak to the corridor they sit in.

Built backwards from your launch date, because a microsite that goes live after the campaign is money already spent.
Project Brief
We start with configurations, price bands, the possession timeline, the HRERA number, and who the buyer really is.
Content & Approvals
Renders, floor plans and the price sheet come in. We check every claim against what sales is allowed to say.
Design & Build
You review the project page and visit flow on a preview link. After that we build the remaining pages.
Lead Routing
Enquiries flow into your CRM and to sales on WhatsApp. We test it with real submissions.
Launch
Live ahead of the campaign, with tracking that ties each site visit back to the ad behind it.
Built to Book Site Visits
In this business an enquiry is cheap and a site visit is what counts. The visit button follows the buyer down every page. The form asks for three things, and your salesperson hears about it before the buyer has closed the tab.
HRERA Handled in the Template
Registration numbers live in the page template, so a project page cannot go live without one. They repeat in the footer of every gated brochure too. Your legal team signs off the wording, and we make sure it appears wherever it has to.
Launch Dates We Hit
Hoardings, print ads and the digital campaign all point at one URL on one date. We plan the build backwards from that date and put the structure up first. Late renders or a revised price sheet then slot in without moving the launch.
Heavy Renders, Fast Pages
Property sites are image heavy by nature: renders, walkthroughs, floor plans, drone shots. Each one is compressed, sized for its slot and loaded only when it scrolls into view. The project page still opens quickly on a phone over mobile data.
You See Which Ad Worked
Most developers know what they spent on a launch and roughly how many calls came in. We connect the website to your campaigns and CRM. You can then trace a booked site visit back to the ad and keyword that produced it.
The Leads Stay Yours
Domain, hosting, CRM and every lead collected sit in accounts registered to you. When a project sells out and the microsite retires, the buyer data stays with your business for the next launch.
Buyers spend more time researching a flat than almost anything else they purchase. The website gets judged accordingly.
Under RERA, advertising for a registered project has to carry its registration number, and for Gurugram projects that means the HRERA number along with the authority's website. The risk is a page someone adds in a hurry six months after launch. We put the field in the template so it cannot be left blank, and repeat it in gated brochures. We build it in; your legal team confirms the wording.
The moment a launch is announced, people start searching the project name. If your own page is slow or thin, portals and resellers take that search, and with it the buyer. Each project gets a dedicated page with its own title, location details, configurations and FAQ, so the developer shows up first for their own building.
Schema.org has types made for this, including RealEstateListing, Apartment, Residence, Place and Offer. Filled in properly, they tell Google the configuration, location and price of what you are selling. They also give AI assistants something structured to read when a buyer asks for three-bedroom projects near Dwarka Expressway under a certain budget.
Asking for a number before a buyer sees the price list is the standard way to capture leads in property. Ask for too much and they leave for a portal that shows it freely. We gate the detailed price sheet and brochure, keep starting prices and floor plans open, and ask for a name and phone number only. Shorter forms bring in more real buyers.
Property portals bring volume. Most developers should keep using them. But a buyer who enquires on a portal often hears from several agents within the hour. An enquiry on your own website reaches only you, and it tends to be warmer, because that buyer went looking for your project by name.
Microsites usually get switched off once inventory is gone, and the search rankings they built vanish with them. We redirect a retired project page to the developer's next launch or to a completed-projects page instead. The rankings carry forward, and a sold-out tower becomes proof for the next one.
We build for projects along Dwarka Expressway, Golf Course Road and Golf Course Extension, and on Sohna Road and Southern Peripheral Road. The New Gurgaon sectors past Sector 76 keep us busy, and so does commercial space around Cyber City, MG Road and Udyog Vihar. Plenty of the buyers are in Delhi, Noida or overseas. Our own office is on Dwarka Expressway in Sector 102, so the site visit to our place is a short drive.
