Each person evaluating you searches differently, and most B2B sites answer only one of them.
The homepage speaks to a director about business outcomes. Meanwhile the engineer evaluating you wants to know what it integrates with, procurement wants the contract terms, and finance wants the pricing model. Three people leave without finding anything, and any of them can stop the deal.
By the time a shortlist exists, the searches change. They become your name against a competitor's, or alternatives to a product they already use. Those searches get answered by review sites and forums because you published nothing, and you have no say in how you are described.
A B2B cycle can run six months across a dozen touches. Default analytics credits the last click, usually a brand search, and makes organic look worthless. The content that started the conversation gets no credit and ends up cut from next year's budget.
We map the committee first. Who evaluates technically, who negotiates, who approves, and what each of them needs to see before they will say yes. Then we work out which of those questions currently have no page on your site, which is usually most of them below the decision-maker level.
Then we build for the comparison stage, which is where B2B deals are actually won or lost. Honest comparison pages, integration documentation, pricing model explanations, implementation timelines. If you do not publish this, somebody else describes you, and they have no reason to be fair about it.
We work from Sector 102, Gurugram, and have run SEO for Gurgaon businesses since 2019. If the website needs rebuilding first, that is covered on our B2B website development company page, and our main SEO company in Gurgaon page explains how we work.
Content for Every Evaluator
Technical, commercial and financial questions all answered.
Attribution Across the Cycle
Credit assigned to what started the conversation.
Scroll down. Each service card sticks as the next one slides over it.
We identify every role involved in approving you and write for each one. Integration and architecture detail for the technical evaluator. Contract terms, support commitments and references for procurement. Pricing structure and cost of ownership for finance. Each of those is a search, and each currently goes unanswered.
Shortlist-stage searches carry the highest intent in B2B and almost nobody targets them. Comparison pages, alternatives pages, evaluation criteria. Written honestly, including where a competitor genuinely fits better, which is more persuasive than a page claiming you win on everything.
B2B buyers are usually specialists, and they can tell within a paragraph whether the author knows the field. Thin content actively damages you here. We work with your subject experts to publish material with real depth, which both ranks and survives scrutiny from the person who will evaluate you.
We connect search data to your CRM so a closed deal can be traced back to the first page the buyer read, possibly months earlier. Without that connection organic looks like it produces nothing, because the final click is almost always a brand search or a direct visit.
The vocabulary changes completely between the first search and the last.

Five steps. Mapping the committee comes before any keyword work.
Committee Mapping
We work out who is involved in approving you and what each one needs to see.
Stage Keyword Work
Searches get grouped by stage and by role rather than thrown into one list.
Gap Content Built
The unanswered questions become pages, starting with comparison-stage ones.
Attribution Connected
Search data gets wired to the CRM so long cycles can be traced.
Pipeline Reporting
Reporting leads with pipeline contribution, read over quarters.
Nobody Leaves Unanswered
Each person on the committee finds the page written for them, which removes one of the common reasons a deal quietly stalls.
Presence at Shortlist Stage
Comparison searches are the highest-intent queries in B2B and usually uncontested. Publishing there means you describe yourself instead of a forum doing it.
Credibility With Experts
Content written with your specialists survives scrutiny from the evaluator. Thin marketing copy fails that test and costs you the shortlist.
Honest Attribution
Connecting search to the CRM shows what organic actually contributed. Usually far more than the last-click report suggested.
Better Qualified Enquiries
Publishing pricing structure and implementation reality filters out enquiries that were never going to close, which your sales team will notice.
You Keep Every Account
Search Console, Analytics and the Business Profile stay in your name. Nothing needs handing back if we stop working together.
Filter by area. A single-product company needs less of this than one selling across four verticals.
The first one is the reason most B2B content libraries underperform.
A B2B purchase usually needs several people to agree. Any one of them can stop it. If your site answers the director's questions but not the engineer's, the engineer becomes the obstacle. Nobody on your side ever finds out why the deal went quiet.
When somebody searches your name against a competitor's, they are weeks from deciding. If you have not published a comparison, a review site or a forum thread fills that gap, and their version of you is whatever their traffic model rewards. An honest comparison is more convincing anyway.
B2B readers are specialists. Twenty shallow articles signal that you do not know the field, which is worse than publishing nothing. Four pieces with real depth, written with the people who actually do the work, establish more credibility and rank better.
Most B2B sites hide pricing entirely, and buyers hate it. You do not have to publish a rate card. Explain how pricing is structured, what drives it up or down and roughly what a typical engagement costs. That filters enquiries and ranks for a search people definitely make.
Without it, a six-month cycle shows up as a direct visit that converted, and the blog post that started everything gets credited with nothing. That is how good organic programmes get cancelled. The integration is a few days of work and it changes the entire argument.
B2B SEO working properly produces a slow accumulation of pipeline rather than a weekly lead count. Reviewing it monthly against lead volume will make you cancel something that was about to pay for itself. Quarterly against pipeline is the honest frame.
Gurgaon's B2B base is unusually concentrated. Cyber City, Cyber Hub and the Golf Course Road corridor hold technology, consulting and shared services firms whose buyers search in global rather than local terms. Udyog Vihar and Sector 37 are denser in industrial supply, components and distribution, where searches name specifications and standards. Sohna Road and Sectors 44 to 49 host a wide mix of mid-market businesses, usually buying for a single department with a shorter committee and a faster cycle. Our office is in Sector 102.
