Google Rating
Most school sites are built for one of them. The third layer underneath has to work whatever the month.
From roughly November to March the site has one purpose: turn a parent comparing four schools into a campus visit. Fee structure, curriculum, transport routes, the enquiry form. Nearly all of it happens on a phone, often late at night. The parent has ten browser tabs open and forty minutes to decide which schools to shortlist.
Then the audience changes completely. Existing parents want the holiday list, tomorrow's circular, the bus route, a fee receipt and the exam timetable. Every one of those questions that the site fails to answer becomes a phone call to your front office, usually between nine and ten in the morning.
Running below both is the compliance layer. CBSE requires affiliated schools to publish a mandatory disclosure section with documents, staff details, results and infrastructure. It gets inspected, and it goes stale quietly. A site that treats it as a scanned PDF dumped in a corner creates work for somebody every year.
Schools have the least forgiving deadline of any business we build for. A restaurant can open a week late. A school that publishes its admission page in January has already missed the parents who shortlisted in November. There is no second attempt until next year.
So we plan backwards from your first enquiry date rather than forwards from the kick-off meeting. The admission page and the enquiry form get built first and go live early. Everything else, the galleries, the house system, the founder's message, can follow while the season runs.
We have been at this since 2019, past 600 websites now, from an office in Sector 102, Gurugram. Search and admission campaigns sit with our SEO company in Gurgaon team, and anything outside education goes through our website designing company in Gurgaon page.
Live Before Enquiries Open
The build runs backwards from your admission dates.
Careful With Children's Data
Consent, quick photo removal, and no tracking aimed at pupils.
Scroll down. Each service card sticks as the next one slides over it.
The admission page carries the whole season. We build it first. Fee structure by class, curriculum, timings, transport routes, age criteria and the documents a parent has to bring. Then a short enquiry form that reaches your admissions desk while the parent is still deciding.
CBSE asks affiliated schools to publish a disclosure section covering general information, documents and certificates, results, staff details and infrastructure. We build it as a structured template your office updates itself, so adding a renewed certificate takes minutes rather than an email to an agency.
This is the part that quietens the front office. Circulars, the holiday calendar, exam timetables, transport routes and results in one place, plus secure online fee payment with receipts issued automatically. Parents stop calling to ask when school reopens.
Pre-school chains live or die on proximity. Nobody drives a three-year-old across Gurgaon. Each branch gets its own page with its own fees, timings, transport area and admission status, so a parent searching for the centre in their sector lands there directly.
A parent choosing an IB school and a parent choosing a play school two sectors away are researching completely different things.

Five steps. Your season fixes the deadline. The schedule works back from it.
Admission Calendar
We take your enquiry dates first and build the timeline backwards from them.
Documents
Next we gather affiliation papers, the staff list, results and infrastructure details.
Design & Build
The admission page and enquiry form come first. You approve those, then we build outward.
Portal & Payments
We wire up circulars, results and fee payment, then test with a real transaction.
Live Before the Season
Launch lands ahead of your first enquiry, with tracking on every form.
We Build to the Season
Your deadline is set by the admission calendar. We schedule backwards from it and put the admission page live first. A delay on the gallery or the founder's message never pushes the part that earns enquiries.
Disclosure You Can Maintain
Most disclosure sections are a scanned PDF nobody has opened since affiliation. We build yours as fields your office edits, with a review date attached, so a renewed certificate goes up the week it arrives.
Children's Data Handled Properly
India's data protection law is stricter about children. A school site is full of their faces and names. We build consent into the gallery workflow, make removing a child quick, and keep tracking scripts away from pages aimed at pupils.
Built for the Spike
Traffic on a school site is not steady. Results day and the morning a form opens can multiply it many times over. Pages stay light, galleries load as parents scroll, and we test the enquiry form under load before the season.
A Quieter Front Office
Every question the site answers is a call your staff do not take. Holiday lists, bus routes, fee receipts and timetables belong where a parent can find them at 10 PM, which is usually when they look.
The School Owns It All
Domain, hosting, payment gateway and parent data sit in accounts registered to the school rather than to us or a previous vendor. Handover includes logins and a recorded walkthrough for whoever updates the site next year.
Filter by job. Most schools need the admissions layer and the parent layer, and little else.
Some of these are search decisions. Two of them are closer to legal ones.
CBSE requires affiliated schools to publish mandatory public disclosure on the website: general information, documents and certificates, results, staff details and infrastructure. Built as editable fields rather than a scanned bundle, it stays current and survives inspection. We build the structure; your compliance team confirms which documents belong in it.
India's data protection law treats children's data more strictly than adults', with parental consent required and limits on tracking aimed at them. A school gallery is hundreds of identifiable faces. Collect written consent, record who withheld it, and build the gallery so one child can be pulled out in minutes when a parent asks.
Schools hide fee structures more than any other sector we build for. Parents find them anyway on forums and parent groups, usually out of date and usually higher than reality. Publishing a clear fee table by class costs you the enquiries you were never going to convert and saves your admissions desk the rest.
A parent new to Gurgaon does not search your school by name. They search for a CBSE school in Sector 57, or a play school near Sohna Road. That means a Google Business Profile with correct timings, School schema on the site, and honest transport area information rather than a claim to serve all of Gurgaon.
Board results and the opening of a form are the two moments a school site gets more traffic in an hour than it usually sees in a month. Heavy galleries and uncached pages pick exactly that hour to fail. We keep pages light and test the forms under load before the season, because the morning it matters is a bad time to find out.
The question that decides whether a school site stays useful. If publishing a circular needs an email to an agency, circulars stop going up by August. Your office staff should be able to post a notice, swap a certificate and add a holiday in a couple of minutes. Train them before handover rather than after.
Gurgaon's schools sit in clusters, and admission demand follows housing. You find them in the older sectors and DLF phases, and along the Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension belt. The newer sectors off Dwarka Expressway are filling as families take possession, and there are more out towards Manesar. Play schools cluster tighter still. Our office is in Sector 102, in the middle of the newest of those catchments.
