Which is why a shopping cart alone has never worked for a press.
That message arrives twenty times a week and answers nothing. How many. What size. Which paper. Matt or gloss lamination. Single side or both. Your estimator spends the next four messages finding out, and half of those enquiries go quiet before the quote is ready.
A thousand cards do not cost ten times what a hundred cost. Plate and setup are paid once, so the per-piece price falls as the run grows. A flat product price cannot express that, which is why most printing sites give up and ask people to call.
A screenshot of a logo, in RGB, at seventy-two dpi, with no bleed. Somebody in your studio now has to rebuild it or send three emails explaining why it cannot go on press. That conversation is the same every week and the website could be having it instead.
We begin with your rate card, not your logo. Which sizes you run, which paper weights you stock, what lamination and finishing you offer, and where your quantity breaks sit. That sheet decides what the website can price on its own and what still needs your estimator.
The second thing we plan is the artwork route. Most of the cost in a small print job is not the paper. It is the time your studio spends fixing files that should have arrived correctly. A website can catch a lot of that before anybody opens the email.
We work from Sector 102, Gurugram, and have put more than 600 websites live since 2019. Straight retail selling is a different build, covered on our ecommerce website development company page. Search work sits with our SEO company in Gurgaon team.
Priced by Quantity
Ladders, not a single per-unit number.
Files Checked on Upload
Bleed, resolution and colour mode, before your studio sees it.
Scroll down. Each service card sticks as the next one slides over it.
A page for every product you actually sell, carrying the sizes, paper weights, finishing options and turnaround for each. A buyer comparing two presses is comparing these lines. When the specifications are published, the enquiry that reaches you is already half written.
The customer sets the run length, picks a stock and a lamination, and the price appears. Behind it sits your rate card with its real quantity breaks, so five hundred and five thousand price correctly. Showing the ladder also does your upselling: people see the per-piece price drop and order more.
Files get checked as they upload. Wrong colour mode, missing bleed or a low resolution image gets flagged to the customer rather than to your studio at nine the next morning. Once the job is ready, a digital proof goes out and the customer approves it in writing.
The office in Udyog Vihar that orders visiting cards every time somebody joins does not want a fresh quote each time. They want last month's job with a new name on it. A login with saved specifications and approved artwork turns that into one click and a purchase order number.
Every one of these is its own search term, so every one of these earns its own page.

Five steps. The pricing logic is settled before a single page gets designed.
Rate Card & Specs
Your rate card comes first, with the sizes, paper weights and finishing you actually run.
Quantity Ladders
Each product gets its breaks, so a hundred and five thousand both price correctly.
Design & Build
The product page and quote flow are designed first. You approve both before the rest.
Artwork & Payments
Uploads, file checks, proof approval and payment get wired up and tested on a real job.
Live & Listed
Launch comes with product pages and your Business Profile submitted for indexing.
The Quote Happens on the Page
For anything with a predictable rate card, the customer gets a number without waiting for your estimator. The enquiries that do reach you are the complicated ones worth a person's time.
Quantity Priced Properly
Setup is paid once, whatever the run length. The calculator carries your real breaks, so nobody is quoted a thousand flyers at ten times the price of a hundred.
Artwork Arrives Usable
The upload runs the same checks your studio would run by hand, and hands back a plain explanation when something is wrong. Your studio stops spending mornings on files that were never going to print.
Reorders Take One Click
Past jobs sit in the customer's login with the spec and approved artwork attached. Repeat business stops depending on whether somebody can find last year's email thread.
Turnaround Sells the Job
Plenty of print is bought under deadline. If you can deliver standees by tomorrow evening, that belongs on the product page rather than buried in a conversation.
The Press Owns Every Account
Domain, hosting, payment gateway and customer data are registered to your business. Handover includes the logins and a recorded walkthrough, so changing a rate never waits on us.
Filter by job. A press taking enquiries needs far less of this than one selling online.
Your website can check all of these before a customer ever reaches your studio.
RGB Instead of CMYK
Screen colour and press colour are different systems. A bright blue chosen on a laptop can land dull on paper, and the customer thinks you printed it wrong.
No Bleed
Artwork built to the exact trim size leaves a white sliver when the guillotine moves a hair. Three millimetres on every edge prevents it, and almost nobody adds it unasked.
Low Resolution
An image pulled off a website is fine on a screen and soft on paper. The upload can measure the effective resolution at the size being printed and say so immediately.
Fonts Not Outlined
A font your studio does not own gets substituted silently, and the layout shifts. Asking for outlined text or an embedded PDF removes the problem at source.
Most of them are about the rate card rather than the design.
A customer who came for two hundred cards will often take five hundred once they see what the per-piece price does. Hiding the ladder loses that. Printing at volume is the whole economics of a press, and the website is the cheapest place to explain it.
Nobody searches for a printing press. They search for visiting card printing in Gurgaon, or flex banner printing near me, or wedding card printers. One services page listing everything you do will rank for none of them. A page each, written properly, will.
A conference is on Friday and the standees are not printed. That buyer is not shopping around on rate. Publish your realistic turnaround per product, including the cut-off time for same-day work, and you will win jobs from presses quoting twenty rupees less.
One office in Udyog Vihar reordering stationery every month is worth more than thirty walk-ins. Those buyers want a purchase order field, a GST invoice and their agreed rates. Give them a login and the relationship stops depending on one person remembering your number.
Most print disputes come down to who approved what. A digital proof the customer signs off, stored with a timestamp, ends that argument before it starts. It costs nothing to build in and saves one reprint a month, which is usually the whole point.
You do not have to expose the whole rate card. Visiting cards, letterheads and flyers are commodity items, and buyers will compare them whether you publish or not. Die-cut packaging and a hoarding job are different, because the number depends on a site visit. Put figures on the first group and send the second to your estimator.
Gurgaon's print trade sits in two halves that rarely meet. The presses and binderies are in old Gurgaon, around Sadar Bazaar, Basai Road and the Sector 14 market. The larger units sit out towards IMT Manesar. The buyers are in Udyog Vihar, Cyber City and the Golf Course Road offices, ordering stationery and event material by email. A website is what closes the gap between them. Our office is in Sector 102.
