Google Rating
Which turns out to be an advantage, once the website stops trying.
The professional conduct rules that govern advocates in India restrict advertising and solicitation. Promising results, claiming to be the best, or writing copy that reads like a sales page is a risk your firm does not need. Most legal websites either ignore this or go so quiet they say nothing at all.
Nobody types the name of a law firm they have never heard of. They type what has happened to them. A notice under a particular section, a builder who has not given possession, a partner who has stopped responding. Pages written around those situations are found. A page listing practice areas as single words is not.
Somebody describing a legal problem is handing over something sensitive, often before they have decided to engage you. A form that drops into a shared inbox, or a chat widget run by a third party, is the wrong place for that. Most firms have never looked at where their enquiries actually land.
We start by agreeing the register. Informational rather than promotional, factual about qualifications and experience, and silent on outcomes. That sounds limiting until you see what it produces. A site that explains the law clearly, and lets a reader conclude for themselves that you know what you are doing.
Then we work out what your clients actually arrive with. Not practice areas as a lawyer categorises them, but situations as a person experiences them. A page explaining what to do when a cheque bounces will be read by the people who need it. A page headed Banking Litigation will not.
We work from Sector 102, Gurugram, and have put more than 600 websites live since 2019. Chartered accountants have a different pattern again, covered on our CA website development company page. Search work sits with our SEO company in Gurgaon team.
Written to Inform
Factual, with no promise about any outcome.
Enquiries Handled Carefully
Encrypted, and routed to a named person rather than a shared inbox.
Scroll down. Each service card sticks as the next one slides over it.
A page per practice area, written around what the client is living through rather than how the firm files it. What the process looks like, roughly how long each stage takes, which documents matter and what the first hearing involves. Useful enough that somebody reads to the end, which is when they look for your number.
Clients and referring colleagues look for a person, not a letterhead. Each advocate gets a page with enrolment particulars, years in practice, the courts they appear before, qualifications and the areas they handle. Factual throughout, which is both what the rules expect and what a serious client is actually checking.
An enquiry form on a law firm site is carrying sensitive material. Ours runs over an encrypted connection into an account the firm controls, routed to a named advocate rather than an office inbox everybody can open. It captures enough for a conflict check before anybody reads the detail of the matter.
The most effective marketing available to a law firm is explaining something clearly. A note on an amendment, a plain guide to a procedure, an answer to the question every client asks in the first meeting. It builds the search presence a restricted profession cannot buy, and it never strays near a claim about results.
Almost nobody searches for a firm by name. They search for the situation they are in.

Drafting & Advisory
Five steps. The tone and the compliance position are agreed before anything is written.
Scope & Register
We agree what the site may say, and your partners sign off the tone before drafting.
Areas & Profiles
Then practice areas get mapped to real client situations, and profiles get compiled.
Design & Build
The practice area page and enquiry flow come first. You approve both before the rest.
Security & Routing
Encrypted submission, conflict-check fields and routing to named advocates get tested.
Live & Listed
Launch comes with advocate pages and your Business Profile submitted for indexing.
Copy That Stays Within the Rules
No outcome claims, no superlatives, no language that reads as solicitation. Your partners review the draft before anything is published, and the register stays consistent across every page.
Pages Built Around Client Situations
Written for the person describing a problem rather than the lawyer categorising it. That is also how the searches are phrased, so the two line up without anybody stuffing keywords.
Advocates Found by Name
Each advocate has an indexed page with enrolment details, courts and areas of work. Referring colleagues and clients search for people, and a single team page buries all of them.
Enquiries Treated as Privileged
Encrypted submission into an account the firm controls, routed to a named advocate. Not a shared inbox, and not a third-party chat tool holding client matters on somebody else's servers.
A Knowledge Base That Compounds
Explainers and updates are the one form of visibility a restricted profession can build freely. Published consistently, they bring in the clients who were searching for an answer.
The Firm Owns Every Account
Domain, hosting, enquiry data and analytics are registered to the firm. Handover includes the logins and a recorded walkthrough.
Filter by job. A two-advocate chamber needs a fraction of this. A firm with four practice groups needs most of it.
The first one is closer to a professional conduct question than a marketing one.
The rules governing advocates in India restrict advertising and solicitation. Claims about success rates, superlatives, and copy written to persuade rather than inform all sit in uncomfortable territory. Build the site to inform and the question stops arising. Your partners should approve the final wording, and a professional body circular is worth checking before publication.
Somebody whose builder has missed possession does not search for real estate litigation. They search for what to do when a builder delays possession. Writing pages around the situation rather than the classification is the single biggest difference between legal sites that get found and ones that do not.
Clients and referring lawyers search for people. A team page listing eight names gives none of them anything to rank with. Individual pages carrying enrolment details, courts and areas of practice are factual, compliant and far more useful.
Many firms discover their website enquiries arrive in an inbox several people can open. Others run through a chat tool storing conversations on a third party's servers. For material that may be privileged this deserves a deliberate decision rather than a default.
A restricted profession cannot buy visibility the way a retailer can, but it can earn it. One clear explainer a month, written for the person with the problem, compounds into the search presence advertising would have bought you.
What a consultation costs, how long it runs, what documents to bring and what the client will leave knowing. People hesitate to contact a lawyer because they cannot picture the encounter. Describing it plainly removes more friction than anything else on the site.
Gurgaon's legal work divides along fairly clear lines. The litigation practices sit close to the District Courts complex and through Sector 14, Jacobpura and Old Gurgaon, handling civil, criminal and family matters. The corporate and advisory firms work from Cyber City, Golf Course Road and the Sector 44 and 53 offices. They act for the companies headquartered there. Property and RERA work has grown with the sectors off Dwarka Expressway and Sohna Road, where possession disputes follow construction. Our office is in Sector 102.
