Google Rating
Your website has two visitors, and they want opposite things from the same screen.
Somebody is in a car with a relative who cannot breathe properly. They want the casualty number, the ambulance number and a map pin. Nothing else on your site matters to them for the next ten seconds. If those three things need scrolling, they have already dialled somebody else.
A different person is planning a knee replacement. They will read the surgeon's qualifications twice and check how long they have been operating. Then they look for the room categories and work out whether their insurer is on your panel. They want depth, and they will read all of it.
Most hospital websites open with a slider, a welcome message and a photograph of the building. That serves a third visitor who does not exist. The emergency number sits in the footer and the consultants have no pages at all.
We design the emergency strip and the doctor directory before anything else. Those two carry most of the traffic a hospital site ever gets. The building photographs and the welcome message come later, once the useful parts are settled.
The second thing we plan for is how patients arrive. Very few people type a hospital name into Google. They search a symptom, an operation, or the name of a doctor a neighbour mentioned. Every department and every one of those doctors needs a page that can be found on its own.
We work from Sector 102, Gurugram, and have put more than 600 websites live since 2019. A single-chair practice is a smaller job, covered on our dental website development company page. Search work sits with our SEO company in Gurgaon team.
Emergency Line First
Casualty and ambulance numbers above the fold.
A Page Per Consultant
Indexed under their own name and speciality.
Scroll down. Each service card sticks as the next one slides over it.
A page for every department, and inside it the consultants who actually sit there. Qualifications, years in practice, the procedures they handle, OPD days and timings. Patients are looking for a person, so the directory is filterable by speciality and searchable by name.
The patient picks a department, then a consultant, then a slot from that consultant's OPD days. Your front desk sees it immediately and the patient gets a confirmation. Follow-up patients who only need a prescription renewed can take a teleconsultation slot instead.
Preventive health packages are the one hospital service people compare online like a product. Each package gets its price, the tests inside it, the fasting instructions and a booking button. Alongside it sits your empanelment list, because a patient with insurance checks that before they check anything else.
Every lab report collected in person is a trip somebody did not need to make. A patient login carries reports, discharge summaries and bills, pulled from your lab and billing systems. This is the part that reduces phone calls to the front desk more than anything else on the site.
Each of these is a separate search habit, so each of these is a separate page.

Five steps. The parts patients use most get built and approved first.
Departments & Doctors
Your department list comes first, with the consultants in each and their OPD days.
Packages & Insurers
Health check packages, room categories and your empanelment list get collected next.
Design & Build
Emergency details and the directory are designed first. You sign those off before the rest.
Booking & Portal
Booking, teleconsultation and report access are wired up, then tested with a real patient.
Live & Listed
After launch we submit department pages, doctor markup and your Business Profile.
Emergency Details Stay Visible
Casualty number, ambulance number and a map link sit in a strip that stays on screen while the page scrolls. On a phone they are one tap. Somebody in a crisis should never have to hunt through a menu.
Doctors Found by Their Own Name
Patients search for the doctor a neighbour recommended rather than the hospital name. Each one gets a page carrying their name, speciality and OPD timings, marked up so search engines understand who they are.
The Insurance Question Answered
Somebody with a policy wants to know one thing before anything else. Your empanelled insurers and TPAs go on a page of their own, with a short note on what to carry for a cashless admission.
Claims Kept Inside the Code
There are limits on how registered practitioners may advertise, set by the medical council code. We build templates that carry credentials, registrations and procedure detail instead of guarantees. Nobody on your team can then publish a claim that creates a problem later.
Patient Data Treated as Health Data
An appointment form carrying a symptom is health information. Forms run over encrypted connections into an account you control, rather than landing in a shared inbox that four people can open.
The Hospital Owns Every Account
Domain, hosting, Business Profile and analytics are registered to the hospital. Handover includes the logins and a recorded walkthrough, so your IT team can take over whenever they want to.
Filter by job. A nursing home needs a fraction of this. A 200-bed hospital needs most of it.
One of these is closer to a legal question than a design one.
Three searches bring people to a hospital site. A symptom, a procedure, or a consultant's name. Almost nobody starts with the hospital. So the homepage is rarely the landing page. A site built as one long homepage gives those three searches nothing to land on.
A doctor's page carries real qualifications, registration details, years in practice and the procedures they perform. It will outrank any amount of copy about your philosophy of care. If a doctor is the reason patients come, that doctor deserves a page with their name in the URL.
Between two hospitals of similar reputation, the one on the patient's insurance panel usually wins. Yet the empanelment list is often a scanned PDF from three years ago. Publish it as a real page, give somebody responsibility for updating it, and say plainly what a patient should bring.
The medical council code restricts how registered practitioners advertise. Guaranteed outcomes and patient testimonials about treatment results are the two that catch hospital websites most often. We keep those out of the templates and write verifiable credentials instead. Your medical director confirms the wording.
India's data protection law treats health information carefully, and an enquiry form mentioning a symptom is health information. Collect only what the front desk needs to call back. Say on the form what you will do with it, and keep the submissions in an account the hospital controls.
Hospital reviews run harsher than most industries, often about waiting times and billing rather than clinical care. Reply to all of them, and never confirm that somebody was a patient. Acknowledge the experience, give a number to call, and move the conversation off a public page.
Gurgaon's healthcare sits in two layers. The large multi-speciality hospitals cluster along Golf Course Road, Sector 38 and the Sohna Road corridor. Nursing homes, maternity centres and single-speciality clinics are spread through older Gurgaon, around Sector 14, Sector 10 and Palam Vihar. New sectors off Dwarka Expressway are getting their first day care centres now. We are in Sector 102 and usually prefer the first meeting in person.

Seven specialities and four doctors in Sector 15, Gurugram, open since 1989. Smaller than a hospital, but built on the same machinery: departments, a doctor directory and appointment booking.
